Choose the products...

We offer 10 kinds of nut butters, most of them both natural and sweetened in 3 sizes: 100 g, 250 g and 1 kg. Once you choose the requested product, click on "continue shopping" for adding other products or "proceed to checkout" for finishing your shopping. To change the quantity or size of your products please go through all the shopping process and in the end fill the form "Add any additional comments to your order here". Example: you want to buy 1 x 100 g of Nutspread sweetened coconut butter and 2x 1 kg of Nutspread natural coconut butter. You choose "Coconut butter" and fill the form as follows:

100 g - sweetened - 1x

1 kg - natural - 2 x

etc. The price will be consequently adjusted on your invoice.

Choose the payment and shipping method...

In the next step please fill your contact details and click on "continue" to choose the payment and shipping method. We offer two payment methods: Cash on delivery or Wire transfer and three shipping methods: Personal pick-up in Prague, Shipping by Czech Post or Shipping by PPL.  Pick-up in Prague is in street Podle Náhonu 55, Prague 4. Choose the requested way of payment and shipping and in the next step please confirm your order. To change the quantity or size of your products please fill the form "Add any additional comments to your order here". Then click on "place order" to complete your order.

Pick up your nut butters

Wait for the confirmation e-mail with payment information and in case you wish to change your order please contact us as soon as possible. When the goods is ready, we will inform you by e-mail. Note we send all the packages AFTER receiving the payment which can take 2-3 days.

Return items

The customer has the right to return the items within 14 days. If you wish to return the goods, send it back to our address as soon as possible during the 14 days period that starts by the delivery day. The goods MUST NOT be opened or used. After checking the goods, the seller is obliged to refund the customer. 

Complaints

The customer is obliged to check the parcel before accepting. Customer may refuse to accept the obviously damaged goods and is obliged to write down the complaint report with the shipper. In case the customer wants to make a complaint, he is obliged to send the goods to the seller. The seller has 30 days for the complaint consideration.

Privacy Policy

All the information collected from customers are protected by the law 101/2000 Sb. and are considered strictly confidential. No personal information will be used or provided to the 3rd party.
